Namiesto ka\u017edodennej rutiny sme zrazu zostali sedie\u0165 doma na home office s&nbsp;obmedzen\u00fdmi mo\u017enos\u0165ami na \u0161port a pohyb. Utrpelo aj stravovanie. Pravideln\u00e9 obedy v&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci \u010di \u0161kole vystriedalo ka\u017edodenn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie toho, \u010do jes\u0165 \u2013 \u010di si navari\u0165 alebo objedna\u0165 a&nbsp;kedy si v\u00f4bec urobi\u0165 na jedlo \u010das. Pod\u013ea \u0161t\u00fadie prieskumnej agent\u00fary IPSOS takmer tretina svetovej popul\u00e1cie po\u010das pand\u00e9mie pribrala. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa zv\u00fd\u0161il aj po\u010det \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed trpia poruchami pr\u00edjmu potravy (PPP). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PPP zasahuj\u00fa \u013eud\u00ed nez\u00e1visle od veku \u010di sexu\u00e1lnej orient\u00e1cie, LGBTI+ \u013eudia, a&nbsp;najm\u00e4 ml\u00e1de\u017e, v\u0161ak patria medzi skupiny, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa nimi najviac ohrozen\u00e9. O&nbsp;tom, ak\u00fd mala pand\u00e9mia vplyv na lie\u010dbu por\u00fach pr\u00edjmu potravy \u010di nako\u013eko d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je pri lie\u010dbe sebaprijatie, sme sa rozpr\u00e1vali s&nbsp;nutri\u010dnou \u0161pecialistkou M\u00e1riou Markeovou, ktor\u00e1 sa v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9mu poradenstvu venuje u\u017e desa\u0165 rokov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Evidujete, \u017ee sa po\u010das pand\u00e9mie zv\u00fd\u0161il po\u010det \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed bojuj\u00fa s&nbsp;poruchami pr\u00edjmu potravy alebo probl\u00e9mami so stravovan\u00edm?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ur\u010dite \u00e1no. V\u017edy ku mne chodilo viac \u017eien ako mu\u017eov, po\u010das pand\u00e9mie sa to v\u0161ak oto\u010dilo. Pribudli mi mu\u017ei, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa po\u010das pand\u00e9mie ve\u013ek\u00e9 probl\u00e9my s&nbsp;nadv\u00e1hou. Za\u010dalo ku mne chodi\u0165 aj viac t\u00edned\u017eerov. Stret\u00e1vam sa s&nbsp;t\u00fdm, \u017ee sa u&nbsp;nich vyvinula anorexia alebo bul\u00edmia, v&nbsp;priebehu posledn\u00fdch troch mesiacov som tak\u00e9to telefon\u00e1ty rie\u0161ila \u0161tyri.&nbsp;Vn\u00edmam, \u017ee po\u010das pand\u00e9mie je to rozsiahle na v\u0161etk\u00fdch frontoch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010das pand\u00e9mie pod\u013ea \u0161tatist\u00edk \u013eudia pribrali v priemere&nbsp;5 a\u017e 7 kilogramov, \u010do je zo zdravotn\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska skuto\u010dne ve\u013ea. Ovplyv\u0148uje to cel\u00fd tr\u00e1viaci syst\u00e9m, metabolizmus, za\u0165a\u017euje k\u013aby, pohybov\u00fd apar\u00e1t. \u010co sa t\u00fdka chudnutia, v&nbsp;roku 2020 som mala u&nbsp;klientov zatia\u013e najni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00faspech. \u013dudia rie\u0161ili sk\u00f4r svoje psychick\u00e9 zdravie a&nbsp;mali \u00faplne in\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 vec, ako je lockdown \u010di zatvorenie \u0161k\u00f4l, v\u0161etko ich odviedlo od cesty, na ktorej predt\u00fdm boli. Za rok 2021 by tie \u010d\u00edsla mali by\u0165 trochu lep\u0161ie, u\u017e sme viac pripraven\u00ed na v\u0161etko, \u010do sa deje, ale aj tak to nebud\u00fa tak\u00e9 \u010d\u00edsla, ako pred pand\u00e9miou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u013dudia \u010dasto vn\u00edmaj\u00fa chudnutie, probl\u00e9my so stravovan\u00edm a&nbsp;poruchy pr\u00edjmu potravy ako \u010disto \u017eensk\u00fa z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165, no t\u00fdka sa to \u00faplne v\u0161etk\u00fdch. Najm\u00e4 v&nbsp;gejskej komunite m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 tlak na v\u00fdzor ve\u013emi ve\u013ek\u00fd.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mu\u017ei s\u00fa v&nbsp;tomto \u0161pecifick\u00ed. M\u00e1lokedy vyh\u013eadaj\u00fa v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 poradenstvo len kv\u00f4li vzh\u013eadu, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou pr\u00eddu, a\u017e ke\u010f u\u017e maj\u00fa aj zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. No a&nbsp;potom s\u00fa aj tak\u00ed, ktor\u00ed si ani nepriznaj\u00fa, \u017ee maj\u00fa nadv\u00e1hu, aj ke\u010f maj\u00fa pupok, ktor\u00fd vidno u\u017e z\u010faleka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010co sa t\u00fdka gejov, je pravda, \u017ee je u&nbsp;nich v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed tlak na vzh\u013ead. Ak v\u0161ak ide o&nbsp;chudnutie, z&nbsp;mojich sk\u00fasenost\u00ed maj\u00fa tak\u00fd ist\u00fd \u00faspech ako heterosexu\u00e1lni mu\u017ei. \u00daspech pri chudnut\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed najm\u00e4 od psychick\u00e9ho nastavenia, \u010di je \u010dlovek naladen\u00fd tak, \u017ee je ochotn\u00fd spravi\u0165 v\u0161etko pre to, aby dosiahol svoj cie\u013e. Ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je tie\u017e by\u0165 vyrovnan\u00fd s\u00e1m so sebou. Nepostrehla som, \u017ee by sa LGBTI+ \u013eu\u010fom, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa so sebou vyrovnan\u00ed a maj\u00fa z\u00e1zemie, chudlo inak ako t\u00fdm z&nbsp;v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inovej spolo\u010dnosti, mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee sa to ned\u00e1 takto kategorizova\u0165. Pokia\u013e je \u010dlovek vyrovnan\u00fd s\u00e1m so sebou, vie si lep\u0161ie ustr\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 stravovanie, ne\u017e ke\u010f m\u00e1 probl\u00e9m sa prija\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hovor\u00edte teda, \u017ee psychika zohr\u00e1va pri spr\u00e1vnom stravovan\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00fa \u00falohu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c1no, ve\u013emi ve\u013ek\u00fa. Emocion\u00e1lne nastavenie a&nbsp;to, ako \u010dlovek o&nbsp;sebe rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013ea, ve\u013emi ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa chudnutie aj udr\u017eanie hmotnosti. Psychika a&nbsp;sebal\u00e1ska s\u00fa pri chudnut\u00ed ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 a \u00faplne podhodnoten\u00e9 faktory. Povedala by som, \u017ee a\u017e osemdesiat percent je psychika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u0161te by som dodala, \u017ee sebal\u00e1ska nie je egoizmus, a ani sebectvo. N\u00e1\u0161 svet a vz\u0165ahy, ktor\u00e9 si v \u0148om vytv\u00e1rame, s\u00fa v\u017edy zrkadlom n\u00e1\u0161ho vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho sveta. Ak si sami nedoprajeme, zanedb\u00e1vame sa, v\u017edy sa ve\u013ekoryso obetujeme pre druh\u00fdch a sami seba d\u00e1vame na posledn\u00e9 miesto, nem\u00f4\u017eeme hovori\u0165 o&nbsp;sebal\u00e1ske. Ve\u013emi ve\u013ea n\u00e1s vyr\u00e1stlo s presved\u010den\u00edm, \u017ee mus\u00edme ma\u0165 radi hlavne in\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed a sna\u017ei\u0165 sa by\u0165 \u00fastretov\u00ed vo\u010di nim. Vn\u00edmajme v\u0161ak svoje kvality a&nbsp;bu\u010fme na ne hrd\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlovek by mal by\u0165 len svoj\u00edm vlastn\u00fdm kritikom. Pre&nbsp;LGBTI+ \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed sa e\u0161te h\u013eadaj\u00fa a&nbsp;vyrovn\u00e1vaj\u00fa sa so svojou identitou, to m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, ke\u010f\u017ee navy\u0161e \u010delia e\u0161te aj tlaku spolo\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pri transrodov\u00fdch t\u00edned\u017eeroch sa st\u00e1va, \u017ee sa sna\u017eia zmeni\u0165 svoju postavu regulovan\u00edm stravy a niekedy&nbsp;id\u00fa so stravovan\u00edm do extr\u00e9mov. Po\u010das pand\u00e9mie je tento probl\u00e9m e\u0161te vypuklej\u0161\u00ed, ke\u010f\u017ee mnoh\u00ed \u013eudia pribrali. Ako teda dosiahnu\u0165 svoj cie\u013e zdrav\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nie je spr\u00e1vne \u00eds\u0165 do extr\u00e9mov so stravovan\u00edm. Toto sa d\u00e1 kr\u00e1sne podpori\u0165 cvi\u010den\u00edm \u2013 ak nechcete ma\u0165 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 svaly, vhodnej\u0161ia ako silov\u00fd tr\u00e9ning je napr\u00edklad joga, pilates alebo tanec. Naopak, ak chcete, aby v\u00e1m svaly nar\u00e1stli a&nbsp;vyzerali ste mu\u017enej\u0161ie, silov\u00fd tr\u00e9ning je spr\u00e1vnou vo\u013ebou. V\u010faka vhodn\u00e9mu cvi\u010deniu sa postava r\u00f4zne tvaruje. Ke\u010f napr\u00edklad pr\u00edde klientka a povie, \u017ee chce za\u010da\u0165 chodi\u0165 na box, sp\u00fdtam sa jej, \u010di chce vyzera\u0165 ako \u0161t\u00edhla \u017eena alebo chce vyzera\u0165 pevne, ke\u010f\u017ee z&nbsp;boxu jej narast\u00fa svaly. To, ako sa stravujeme, ovplyv\u0148uje, ako vyzer\u00e1me, ale rovnako d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 je aj fyzick\u00e1 aktivita. \u010ci\u017ee ak sa \u010dlovek sna\u017e\u00ed spravi\u0165 svoju postavu \u017eenskej\u0161ou alebo naopak mu\u017enej\u0161ou, najlep\u0161\u00ed sp\u00f4sob je prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 tomu cvi\u010denie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja som napr\u00edklad v&nbsp;lete za\u010dala beh\u00e1va\u0165 a&nbsp;za\u010dali mi r\u00e1s\u0165 stehn\u00e1 a&nbsp;zadok. Musela som si zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165, \u010di sa zmierim sa s&nbsp;t\u00fdm, \u017ee budem ma\u0165 trochu v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed zadok a stehn\u00e1, alebo m\u00e1m s&nbsp;tou pohybovou aktivitou skon\u010di\u0165. Pohybov\u00e9 aktivity, ktor\u00e9 rob\u00edme, maj\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00fd vplyv na to, ako vyzer\u00e1me a&nbsp;ak\u00fa m\u00e1me postavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LGBTI+ \u013eudia patria medzi skupiny najviac ohrozen\u00e9 poruchami pr\u00edjmu potravy. Pand\u00e9mia v\u0161ak u mnoh\u00fdch ohrozila pokrok v&nbsp;chudnut\u00ed alebo lie\u010dbu PPP a&nbsp;naru\u0161ila re\u017eim, ktor\u00fd si pred \u0148ou nastavili. \u010co robi\u0165, aby si ho aj po\u010das pand\u00e9mie udr\u017eali?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stravovanie po\u010das toho, ke\u010f sme doma, by malo by\u0165 pribli\u017ene rovnak\u00e9, ako ke\u010f sme v&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci. Platia tam v\u0161etky z\u00e1sady, ktor\u00fdmi by sa sme riadili, keby sme chodili do pr\u00e1ce. Mali by sme ra\u0148ajkova\u0165, \u010dasov\u00e9 intervaly medzi jedlami by mali by\u0165 pribli\u017ene tri a\u017e \u0161tyri hodiny, d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd je sp\u00e1nok, regener\u00e1cia, naozaj si odd\u00fdchnu\u0165, zaradi\u0165 tam pohybov\u00fa aktivitu. Je to iba o&nbsp;tom re\u017eime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak mala karant\u00e9na zl\u00fd vplyv na na\u0161u psychiku \u010di stravovacie n\u00e1vyky a m\u00e1me probl\u00e9m udr\u017ea\u0165 si re\u017eim, najlep\u0161ie je v\u0161etko si p\u00edsa\u0165, napl\u00e1nova\u0165 si de\u0148. Nap\u00edsa\u0165 si, kedy ra\u0148ajkujeme, kedy si d\u00e1me pauzu, aby sme si navarili, kedy si zacvi\u010d\u00edme \u2013 \u010di\u017ee v\u0161etko si p\u00edsa\u0165. Vtedy je to \u010dierne na bielom. Treba si to takto isto rozvrhn\u00fa\u0165, aj ke\u010f sme doma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niektor\u00fdm klientom a klientkam pom\u00e1ha aj to, ke\u010f si fotia, \u010do jedia, a&nbsp;posielaj\u00fa mi to. Ve\u013ea z&nbsp;n\u00e1s potrebuje pri chudnut\u00ed nad sebou bi\u010d a v&nbsp;tomto pr\u00edpade som to ja, dohliadam na nich, aby dosiahli svoj cie\u013e. Ak je lie\u010dba veden\u00e1 dobre, nie s\u00fa tam ve\u013ek\u00e9 rozdiely. Pri t\u00fdchto klientkach v\u0161ak viac hroz\u00ed, \u017ee spadn\u00fa do nechutenstva alebo sa odklonia od pl\u00e1nu. St\u00e1le im v\u0161ak hovor\u00edm, \u017ee psychick\u00e9 zdravie je ove\u013ea d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie, a&nbsp;netla\u010d\u00edm na ne. Pr\u00e1ca s&nbsp;nimi je tro\u0161ku in\u00e1, ke\u010f ich chcem napomen\u00fa\u0165, mus\u00edm viac rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 nad t\u00fdm, \u010do poveda\u0165. M\u00e1m klientku, ktorej po\u010das pand\u00e9mie vznikla naozaj \u0165a\u017ek\u00e1 psychick\u00e1 porucha a&nbsp;chodila ku mne, ku psychiatri\u010dke aj ku psychol\u00f3govi.&nbsp;Podarilo sa jej schudn\u00fa\u0165 7 \u010di 8 k\u00edl, presne ako si dala za cie\u013e. \u010ci\u017ee v&nbsp;najn\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161om obdob\u00ed sa rozhodla, \u017ee bude meni\u0165 aj stravovanie, a&nbsp;naozaj sa jej to aj podarilo. Skuto\u010dne ve\u013ea z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed od psychiky a&nbsp;v&nbsp;tomto pr\u00edpade aj nastavenia lie\u010dby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spom\u00ednali ste nechutenstvo. \u010co robi\u0165 s&nbsp;t\u00fdm, ke\u010f \u010dlovek \u2013 \u010di u\u017e kv\u00f4li liekom, alebo stresu \u2013 bojuje s nechutenstvom, ale je hladn\u00fd?<\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najlep\u0161ie je to rie\u0161i\u0165 polievkami, ide\u00e1lne v\u00fdvarmi. Ja hovor\u00edm, \u017ee m\u00e4sov\u00e9 v\u00fdvary s\u00fa liekom nielen pre telo, ale aj pre du\u0161u. Je vhodn\u00e9 prejs\u0165 na tekutej\u0161iu, tepl\u00fa stravu, ktor\u00e1 prehreje \u017eal\u00fadok. Ten potom za\u010dne vylu\u010dova\u0165 tr\u00e1viace \u0161\u0165avy, v\u010faka \u010domu sa vracia chu\u0165 do jedla. Mo\u017eno by som zaradila aj ra\u0148ajky, v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci toho ka\u0161e, tepl\u00fa stravu, aby sa ohriat\u00edm \u017eal\u00fadka prirodzene stimulovalo tr\u00e1venie a navodila chu\u0165 do jedla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ou mo\u017enos\u0165ou je potravina, ktor\u00fa m\u00e1te ve\u013emi radi.
