Rok predt\u00fdm zo\u017eal v\u00a0nemeck\u00fdch kin\u00e1ch \u00faspech, aj ke\u010f kr\u00e1tko po jeho premi\u00e9re sa za\u010dali oz\u00fdva\u0165 protestn\u00e9 hlasy zo strany konzervat\u00edvnych cirkevn\u00fdch kruhov a\u00a0ultra pravicov\u00fdch a\u00a0\u010dasto antisemitsk\u00fdch skup\u00edn proti jeho premietaniu.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Prv\u00fd svojho druhu<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00fdm d\u00f4vodom protestov a cenz\u00fary bolo, \u017ee film z&nbsp;roku 1919, \u010di\u017ee skoro storo\u010dn\u00fd film, zobrazoval prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t v&nbsp;hist\u00f3rii cel\u00e9ho filmu l\u00e1sku medzi dvoma mu\u017emi bez predsudkov. Film nezobrazoval ni\u010d, \u010do by mohlo by\u0165 definovan\u00e9 ako erotika \u010di nebodaj pornografia, napriek tomu ho komisia cenzorsk\u00e9ho \u00faradu zavrhla a&nbsp;stiahla z&nbsp;verejn\u00e9ho premietania. Ofici\u00e1lny d\u00f4vod? Film by mohol zv\u00e1dza\u0165 mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed by sa po vzhliadnut\u00ed filmu chceli tie\u017e sta\u0165 \u201etepl\u00fdmi\u201c.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Film re\u017e\u00edroval <em>Richard Oswald<\/em> a&nbsp;scen\u00e1r nap\u00edsal spolu s&nbsp;<em>Magnusom Hirschfeldom<\/em>, sexuol\u00f3gom a&nbsp;zakladate\u013eom <em>In\u0161tit\u00fatu pre sexu\u00e1lne vedy<\/em>, ktor\u00fd cel\u00fd svoj \u017eivot zasv\u00e4til osvete v&nbsp;oblasti homosexuality, i&nbsp;sexuality ako takej. Hirschfeld tvorbu filmu \u010diasto\u010dne aj financoval. V\u00fdnimo\u010dnos\u0165 tohto filmu pod\u010diarkuje fakt, \u017ee to je prv\u00fd film, ktor\u00fd zobrazoval vz\u0165ah dvoch mu\u017eov v&nbsp;pozit\u00edvnom svetle a&nbsp;navy\u0161e prv\u00fd film, ktor\u00fd sa kriticky vyjadroval k&nbsp;tomu, ako sa v&nbsp;spolo\u010dnosti nahliadalo na homosexualitu. Bol toti\u017e namieren\u00fd na kritiku z\u00e1kona, ktor\u00fd v&nbsp;Nemecku kriminalizoval homosexu\u00e1lne vz\u0165ahy (paragraf 175). Samotn\u00fd Hirschfeld si vo filme aj zahral a&nbsp;na filmov\u00fa rolu sa zrejme nemusel dlho pripravova\u0165, ke\u010f\u017ee hral s\u00e1m seba. Do role za\u013e\u00faben\u00fdch mu\u017eov re\u017eis\u00e9r obsadil <em>Conrada Veidta<\/em>, sl\u00e1vneho nemeck\u00e9ho herca zn\u00e1meho nesk\u00f4r napr\u00edklad z&nbsp;filmu <em>Kabinet doktora Caligariho<\/em>, a&nbsp;<em>Fritza Schulza<\/em> s&nbsp;tie\u017e bohatou filmovou kari\u00e9rou.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Spravodlivos\u0165 v\u010faka poznaniu<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Film <em>Anders als die Andern<\/em> zobrazuje pr\u00edbeh Paula K\u00f6rnera (hr\u00e1 ho Veidt), huslistu, ktor\u00fd sa za\u013e\u00fabi do svojho \u0161tudenta, Kurta Siversa (Fritz Schulz). Ich postupne sa rozv\u00edjaj\u00faci vz\u0165ah si v\u0161imne vydiera\u010d, ktor\u00fd sa K\u00f6rnerovi vyhr\u00e1\u017ea, \u017ee jeho orient\u00e1ciu zverejn\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Film je vystavan\u00fd na dynamike striedania s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9ho deja a&nbsp;flashbackov do minulosti, kedy sa dozved\u00e1me viac o&nbsp;K\u00f6rnerovej mladosti a&nbsp;jeho tr\u00e1peniach s\u00favisiacich s&nbsp;jeho homosexualitou. Na za\u010diatku filmu vid\u00edme K\u00f6rnera, ako \u010d\u00edta noviny pln\u00e9 spr\u00e1v o&nbsp;nevysvetlite\u013en\u00fdch samovra\u017ed\u00e1ch, za ktor\u00fdmi s\u00e1m K\u00f6rner tu\u0161\u00ed prav\u00fd d\u00f4vod \u2013 paragraf 175. \u010ealej sledujeme \u0161tudenta Kurta Siversa, ktor\u00fd nav\u0161t\u00edvi K\u00f6rnera a&nbsp;\u017eiada ho, aby sa stal jeho u\u010dite\u013eom. Ich vz\u0165ah postupne prerastie do l\u00e1sky. Rodi\u010dia oboch mlad\u00fdch mu\u017eov si v\u0161imn\u00fa, \u017ee Kurt je pr\u00edli\u0161 zaujat\u00fd svojou hrou na husle a&nbsp;svoj\u00edm u\u010dite\u013eom a&nbsp;Paulovi rodi\u010dia zase nech\u00e1pu, pre\u010do sa ich syn ne\u017eenie do \u017eenby. Paul nakoniec po\u0161le svojich rodi\u010dov za doktorom Hirschfeldom, ktor\u00fd vo filme zohr\u00e1va siln\u00fd didaktick\u00fd prvok. S\u00edce sa prihov\u00e1ra Paulov\u00fdm rodi\u010dom, ale v&nbsp;skuto\u010dnosti adresuje svoje slov\u00e1 v\u0161etk\u00fdm div\u00e1kom filmu, ke\u010f vysvet\u013euje: \u201eNeodsudzujte svojho syna za to, \u017ee je homosexu\u00e1l, on za svoju orient\u00e1ciu nem\u00f4\u017ee. Nie je to chyba, ani by to nemalo by\u0165 posudzovan\u00e9 ako zlo\u010din. Homosexualita nie je ani choroba, je to len variant, ktor\u00fd sa vyskytuje v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010d\u00ed\u0161nych druhov v&nbsp;pr\u00edrode.\u201c&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po tom, \u010do sa Paulovi rodi\u010dia dozvedia o&nbsp;synovej orient\u00e1cii a&nbsp;doktor Hirschfeld ich upokoj\u00ed, ako je to s&nbsp;homosexualitou naozaj, jeho vz\u0165ah s&nbsp;Kurtom sa posiln\u00ed, viac sa stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa a&nbsp;dokonca sa dr\u017eia za ruky v&nbsp;parku. Tam si ich v\u0161ak v\u0161imne vydiera\u010d, ktor\u00fd n\u00e1sledne kontaktuje K\u00f6rnera a&nbsp;vyhr\u00e1\u017ea sa, \u017ee ak mu K\u00f6rner nezaplat\u00ed, zverejn\u00ed pred v\u0161etk\u00fdmi jeho prav\u00fa identitu. Jeho n\u00e1roky sa v\u0161ak postupne zvy\u0161uj\u00fa, a\u017e K\u00f6rner odmietne plati\u0165 \u010falej. Vydiera\u010d sa v\u0161ak vl\u00e1me do jeho domu, kde ho K\u00f6rner aj s&nbsp;priate\u013eom pristihn\u00fa a&nbsp;pri tej pr\u00edle\u017eitosti vydiera\u010d prezrad\u00ed K\u00f6rnerovmu priate\u013eovi Kurtovi, \u017ee Paula vydieral. Kurt sa z\u013eakne a&nbsp;ujde.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul sa nakoniec rozhodne uda\u0165 vydiera\u010da pol\u00edcii a\u00a0tento pr\u00edpad skon\u010d\u00ed na s\u00fade. Sudca nakoniec rozhodne v\u00a0K\u00f6rnerov prospech a\u00a0vydiera\u010da ods\u00fadi, ale u\u017e sa ned\u00e1 zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 tomu, aby K\u00f6rnerova identita nebola zverejnen\u00e1. Stane sa to, \u010doho sa ob\u00e1val, priatelia ho zavrhn\u00fa, rodi\u010dia mu daj\u00fa najavo, \u017ee sa k\u00a0nemu nehl\u00e1sia, strat\u00ed aj pracovn\u00e9 ponuky. V&nbsp;poslednej sc\u00e9ne op\u00e4\u0165 prich\u00e1dza na sc\u00e9nu doktor Hirschfeld (ktor\u00fd sa vo filme vyskytne viackr\u00e1t), aby Kurta zastavil a&nbsp;prehovoril prostredn\u00edctvom neho op\u00e4\u0165 k&nbsp;publiku: \u201eTy mus\u00ed\u0161 \u017ei\u0165, mus\u00ed\u0161 \u017ei\u0165 preto, aby si zmenil predsudky, kv\u00f4li ktor\u00fdm sa tento mu\u017e stal jednou z&nbsp;mnoh\u00fdch obet\u00ed, ktor\u00fdch je nespo\u010detne&#8230; Mus\u00ed\u0161 obnovi\u0165 jeho \u010des\u0165, a&nbsp;prinies\u0165 spravodlivos\u0165 tak jemu, ako aj v\u0161etk\u00fdm pred n\u00edm, a&nbsp;v\u0161etk\u00fdm po \u0148om. Spravodlivos\u0165 v\u010faka poznaniu!\u201c&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posledn\u00fd z\u00e1ber filmu sn\u00edma otvoren\u00fa knihu trestn\u00e9ho poriadku, paragraf 175 a&nbsp;ruku, ktor\u00e1 ho pre\u0161krt\u00e1va.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Osud filmu&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes by sme zaiste kon\u0161tatovali, \u017ee mnoh\u00e9 sc\u00e9ny filmu vyznej\u00fa skratkovito a&nbsp;\u00fa\u010delovo a&nbsp;preto miestami \u00fasmevne. Ak sa v\u0161ak vc\u00edtime do kontextu vtedaj\u0161ej doby a&nbsp;ob\u00e1v z&nbsp;paragrafu, ktor\u00fd v\u0161etk\u00fdm homosexu\u00e1lom strp\u010doval \u017eivot, bol tento po\u010din vskutku priekopn\u00edcky. Didaktick\u00e9 prvky vo filme mohli by\u0165 menej mentorsk\u00e9, to v\u0161ak zrejme tie\u017e vystihuje vtedaj\u0161\u00ed postoj \u201eosvet\u00e1rov\u201c v&nbsp;oblasti zdravia a&nbsp;sexuality, \u017ee vedeck\u00e9 fakty, overen\u00e9 poznatky a&nbsp;jasn\u00e9 d\u00e1ta s\u00edce hovoria samy za seba, ale \u010d\u00edm viac ich bud\u00fa zd\u00f4raz\u0148ova\u0165, t\u00fdm viac \u013eud\u00ed \u201eosvietia\u201c a&nbsp;zbavia predsudkov. Ako u\u017e bolo spomenut\u00e9 v&nbsp;\u00favode, viac \u013eud\u00ed presved\u010di\u0165 nemohli, ke\u010f\u017ee film bol zakr\u00e1tko stopnut\u00fd a&nbsp;bolo povolen\u00e9 ho premieta\u0165 len s\u00fakromne v&nbsp;In\u0161tit\u00fate pre sexu\u00e1lne vedy alebo pre \u0161tudijn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely zdravotn\u00edckym pracovn\u00edkom. Po n\u00e1stupe Hitlera k&nbsp;moci nacisti in\u0161tit\u00fat vyplienili a&nbsp;s&nbsp;n\u00edm zni\u010dili aj v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu k\u00f3pi\u00ed tohto filmu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na konci 70. rokov sa jedna k\u00f3pia na\u0161la na Ukrajine, n\u00e1sledne ju zre\u0161taurovali v&nbsp;mestskom m\u00fazeu v&nbsp;Mn\u00edchove. Film sa \u010diasto\u010dne podarilo zrekon\u0161truova\u0165 aj v\u010faka in\u00e9mu filmu. V&nbsp;roku 1927 Hirschfeld&nbsp; vystrihol 40 min\u00fat z&nbsp;filmu <em>Anders als die Andern<\/em> do svojho in\u00e9ho filmu <em>Z\u00e1kony l\u00e1sky (Gesetze der Liebe)<\/em>. Ten sa na konci 20. rokov dostal do Ruska, kde ho po rokoch objavili pracovn\u00edci <em>UCLA Film and Television Archive<\/em>, a zrekon\u0161truovali film tak, aby bol pozerate\u013en\u00fd a&nbsp;pre publikum \u201e\u010ditate\u013en\u00fd\u201c.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Film <em>Anders als die Andern<\/em>, prv\u00fd svojho druhu a&nbsp;v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00fd svoj\u00edm odkazom po rokoch op\u00e4\u0165 premietali napr\u00edklad po\u010das 66.
