Sved\u010d\u00ed o tom ocenenie Via Bona Slovakia\u00a0 za rok 2017, kde v kateg\u00f3rii skvel\u00fd zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e dostala organiz\u00e1cia\u00a0 \u0161peci\u00e1lnu cenu pod z\u00e1\u0161titou Ministerstva pr\u00e1ce, soci\u00e1lnych vec\u00ed a rodiny SR s n\u00e1zvom Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e \u00fastretov\u00fd k rodine, rodovej rovnosti a rovnosti pr\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed za odv\u00e1\u017eny a inovat\u00edvny pr\u00edstup pri poskytovan\u00ed benefitov pre LGBT zamestnancov a zamestnankyne, ktor\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvaj\u00fa 100 % mo\u017en\u00fdch rodinn\u00fdch scen\u00e1rov. O tom ako konkr\u00e9tna podpora LGBT zamestnancov a zamestnank\u00fd\u0148 v ich firme vyzer\u00e1, sme sa rozpr\u00e1vali so\u00a0 Zuzanou Guller, region\u00e1lnou riadite\u013ekou \u013eudsk\u00fdch zdrojov, Accenture Slovensko, \u010cesk\u00e1 republika, Ma\u010farsko a Rumunsko a Richardom Harga\u0161om, senior mana\u017e\u00e9rom,\u00a0 Accenture Slovensko.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Arch\u00edvny text sme publikovali najprv vo vydan\u00ed Jar 2018<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010co pre&nbsp; V\u00e1s a va\u0161u organiz\u00e1ciu znamen\u00e1 podpora LGBT zamestnancov a zamestnank\u00fd\u0148? Pre\u010do je pod\u013ea v\u00e1s d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 sa aj im venova\u0165 v r\u00e1mci organiz\u00e1cie?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuzana Guller: LGBT podpora je u n\u00e1s v Accenture definovan\u00e1 v r\u00e1mci na\u0161ich z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch cie\u013eov inkl\u00fazie a diverzity. Na\u0161i \u013eudia s\u00fa na\u0161im najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00edm akt\u00edvom. Vieme, \u017ee ak bud\u00fa v pr\u00e1ci sami sebou a spokojn\u00ed a nebud\u00fa sa musie\u0165 skr\u00fdva\u0165 a pretvarova\u0165, tak vedia potom pod\u00e1va\u0165 aj lep\u0161ie pracovn\u00e9 v\u00fdkony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dostali ste ocenenie za odv\u00e1\u017eny a inovat\u00edvny pr\u00edstup pri poskytovan\u00ed benefitov pre LGBT zamestnancov, o ak\u00e9 benefity ide?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuzana Guller: V\u00fdznamn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 na\u0161ich benefitov sa t\u00fdka man\u017eelstiev, rodiny a det\u00ed (tzv. rodinn\u00e9 benefity). Vzh\u013eadom na ch\u00fdbaj\u00facu pr\u00e1vnu \u00fapravu LGBT vz\u0165ahov na Slovensku nie je jednoduch\u00e9 ich poskytova\u0165 pre LGBT p\u00e1ry. Chceli sme n\u00e1js\u0165 sp\u00f4sob, ako poskytn\u00fa\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00fd benefit aj pre LGBT zamestnanca, ktor\u00fd na\u0148 m\u00e1 vzh\u013eadom na rodinn\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu n\u00e1rok, ale ch\u00fdbaj\u00fa mu form\u00e1lne n\u00e1le\u017eitosti poskytovan\u00e9 \u0161t\u00e1tom. No nechceli sme osta\u0165 len u podpory LGBT zamestnancov, ale podpori\u0165 aj \u010doraz \u010dastej\u0161ie r\u00f4zne in\u00e9 rodinn\u00e9 usporiadania. Preto od m\u00e1ja 2017 poskytujeme man\u017eelsk\u00e9 a rodinn\u00e9 benefity v\u0161etk\u00fdm zamestnancom a zamestnankyniam (vr\u00e1tane nevlastn\u00fdch rodi\u010dov, rodi\u010dov osvojen\u00fdch det\u00ed at\u010f.). Konkr\u00e9tne ide o poskytovanie sob\u00e1\u0161neho pr\u00edspevku na z\u00e1klade sob\u00e1\u0161neho listu. V pr\u00edpade LGBT p\u00e1rov ho poskytujeme na z\u00e1klade potvrdenia o registrovanom partnerstve, \u010di man\u017eelstve z kraj\u00edn, kde to pr\u00e1vna \u00faprava umo\u017e\u0148uje. \u010ealej poskytujeme de\u0148 vo\u013ena na svadbu, pr\u00edspevok pri naroden\u00ed die\u0165a\u0165a a de\u0148 vo\u013ena pri naroden\u00ed die\u0165a\u0165a na z\u00e1klade \u010destn\u00e9ho vyhl\u00e1senia, aj v pr\u00edpade ak jeden z rodi\u010dov nie je form\u00e1lne uveden\u00fd v rodnom liste. Umo\u017e\u0148ujeme tie\u017e pr\u00edstup na detsk\u00e9 akcie a ku v\u0161etk\u00fdm benefitom t\u00fdkaj\u00facich sa det\u00ed, ako pr\u00e1zdninov\u00e9 t\u00e1bory, opatrovanie v detskom k\u00fatiku Accenture, Mikul\u00e1\u0161ske a MDD akcie at\u010f..&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>V r\u00e1mci Accenture s cie\u013eom podpori\u0165 zamestnancov a zamestnankyne v lok\u00e1lnych LGBT komunit\u00e1ch po celom svete vr\u00e1tane Slovenska vytvorili glob\u00e1lnu sie\u0165 <strong>Pride at Accenture Network<\/strong> a v podobe komunity pon\u00fakaj\u00fa podporu aj transrodov\u00fdm zamestnancom a zamestnankyniam. Maj\u00fa tie\u017e LGBT Ally program, prostredn\u00edctvom ktor\u00e9ho m\u00f4\u017eu zamestnanci vyjadri\u0165 svoju podporu inkl\u00fazii a\u00a0 zvy\u0161ova\u0165 povedomie o rovnopr\u00e1vnosti LGBT komunity.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pre\u010do si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 podpori\u0165 aj LGBT rodiny v zamestnan\u00ed, \u0161pecificky na Slovensku kde nie s\u00fa pr\u00e1vne uznan\u00e9 a kde to ve\u013ea zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov nerob\u00ed kv\u00f4li predsudkom?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuzana Guller:&nbsp; V r\u00e1mci inkl\u00fazie a diverzity ideme preto \u010faleko za na\u0161e pr\u00e1vne povinnosti. Sna\u017e\u00edme sa vytvori\u0165 prostredie, v ktorom sa bud\u00fa zamestnanci c\u00edti\u0165 bezpe\u010dne a spokojne bez oh\u013eadu na svoju orient\u00e1ciu alebo rodinn\u00e9 usporiadanie a bud\u00fa ma\u0165 k dispoz\u00edcii rovnak\u00e9 mo\u017enosti a pr\u00edle\u017eitosti.&nbsp; Aj tak sa d\u00e1 bojova\u0165 proti predsudkom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V Accenture m\u00e1te vytvoren\u00fa aj Pride at Accenture Network. Pre koho je ur\u010den\u00e1 a ako sa do nej m\u00f4\u017ee LGBT zamestnanec \u010di zamestnanky\u0148a zapoji\u0165?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richard Harga\u0161: Sie\u0165 \u201ePride at Accenture\u201c je formou dobrovo\u013enej zamestnaneckej z\u00e1ujmovej skupiny (employee resource group), ktorej cie\u013eom je zastre\u0161ova\u0165 aktivity, ktor\u00e9 sa v Accenture t\u00fdkaj\u00fa LGBT oblasti. Do siete sa m\u00f4\u017eu zapoji\u0165 v\u0161etci Accenture zamestnanci a zamestnankyne na Slovensku, ktor\u00ed sa chc\u00fa akt\u00edvne podie\u013ea\u0165 na jej \u010dinnosti. \u010clenovia siete si sami ur\u010duj\u00fa priority, ktor\u00fdm sa v r\u00e1mci nej venuj\u00fa a sami aj prikladaj\u00fa \u201eruky k dielu\u201c aby sa jednotliv\u00e9 \u00falohy aj realizovali. Slovensk\u00e1 sie\u0165 \u201ePride at Accenture\u201c si za svoju misiu&nbsp; zvolila nasledovn\u00e9: &#8222;Pestova\u0165 a podporova\u0165 inkluz\u00edvne prostredie v r\u00e1mci a mimo Accenture, kde LGBTIQ+ kolegovia a kolegyne m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 sami sebou a kde sa m\u00f4\u017eu c\u00edti\u0165 sebaisto a bezpe\u010dne, ke\u010f chc\u00fa spravi\u0165 coming out. \u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pova\u017eujete za d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 aby LGBT zamestnanci a zamestnankyne mali v pr\u00e1ci svojich spojencov (ally)?&nbsp; Ako to funguje vo va\u0161ej organiz\u00e1cii?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richard Harga\u0161:&nbsp; \u00c1no, LGBT spojenci s\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eitou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou na\u0161ej strat\u00e9gie. Accenture zamestnanci a zamestnankyne&nbsp; sa m\u00f4\u017eu sta\u0165 ofici\u00e1lnym LGBT spojencom tak, \u017ee sa prihl\u00e1sia na firemnom intranete. N\u00e1sledne je pri vyh\u013ead\u00e1van\u00ed na port\u00e1li pri ich mene vidie\u0165, \u017ee s\u00fa, okrem in\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk, ktor\u00e9 sa na port\u00e1li o danom zamestnancovi ukazuj\u00fa, LGBT spojenec (LGBT Ally). Okrem port\u00e1lu m\u00f4\u017eu zamestnanci vyjadri\u0165 svoju podporu nosen\u00edm pestrofarebn\u00fdch Diversity Ally \u0161n\u00farok na krku, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa ur\u010den\u00e9 na vstupn\u00e9 karti\u010dky. Pre zamestnancov, ktor\u00ed sa prihl\u00e1sili ako spojenci pripravujeme \u0161peci\u00e1lne komunika\u010dn\u00e9 aktivity (napr. informa\u010dn\u00fd workshop), aby sme im pomohli lep\u0161ie plni\u0165 ich role, teda aby boli informovan\u00ed, vidite\u013en\u00ed, komunikovali o t\u00e9me a aby boli akt\u00edvni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010co by ste odporu\u010dili mlad\u00fdm LGBT \u013eu\u010fom, ktor\u00ed za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa kari\u00e9ru, ak\u00fdch zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov by si mali vybera\u0165, \u010do by im mohlo u\u013eah\u010di\u0165 za\u010diatok kari\u00e9ry v organiz\u00e1cii<\/strong> ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richard Harga\u0161:&nbsp; Mlad\u00fdm \u013eu\u010fom, ktor\u00ed len za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa svoju kari\u00e9ru by sme odporu\u010dili aby sa o svojom bud\u00facom potenci\u00e1lnom zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi, \u010do najviac informovali. D\u00f4le\u017eitou oblas\u0165ou, o ktorej by sa mali dozvedie\u0165 je aj organiza\u010dn\u00e1 kult\u00fara, kam patr\u00ed aj pr\u00edstup k LGBT zamestnancom. S\u00fa zamestn\u00e1vatelia, ktor\u00ed sa k tejto t\u00e9me vyjadruj\u00fa ofici\u00e1lne, \u010di u\u017e vo svojich informa\u010dn\u00fdch materi\u00e1loch alebo formou \u010dlenstva v iniciat\u00edvach ak\u00fdmi je na Slovensku napr. Charta diverzity. Ak sa neviete dop\u00e1tra\u0165 ku konkr\u00e9tnym inform\u00e1ci\u00e1m o firme, o ktor\u00fa sa zauj\u00edmate, sp\u00fdtajte sa priamo vo firme alebo u svojich zn\u00e1mych. V Accenture ver\u00edme, \u017ee \u013eudia m\u00f4\u017eu pod\u00e1va\u0165 pln\u00fd v\u00fdkon len vtedy, pokia\u013e s\u00fa sami sebou.
