Po \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1ch sa vr\u00e1til na Slovensko, kde prijal ponuku v IBM a pracuje tam u\u017e 8 rok. V r\u00e1mci IMB organizuje \u0161kolenia pre kolegov v Eur\u00f3pe a je predsedom EAGLE IBM Slovakia.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Pozn\u00e1mka: Arch\u00edvny text poch\u00e1dza z vydania jar 2018<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si predsedom EAGLE IBM Slovakia, \u010do to znamen\u00e1?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EAGLE je skratka pre Employee Alliance for LGBT Empowerment. Je to nie\u010do ako LGBT zamestnaneck\u00e1 skupina u n\u00e1s vo firme. T\u00e1to komunita je pr\u00edtomn\u00e1 v r\u00f4znych krajin\u00e1ch. Nie je to len slovensk\u00e9 \u0161pecifikum. V\u017edy to z\u00e1vis\u00ed od lok\u00e1lnych zamestnancov v danej krajine, \u010di maj\u00fa z\u00e1ujem anga\u017eova\u0165 sa a robi\u0165 osvetu v LGBT oblasti. Na Slovensku v IBM je t\u00e1to skupina akt\u00edvna od roku 2012, kedy som u\u017e bol vo firme a stal sa jej \u010dlenom. Asi pred rokom a pol som sa stal jej l\u00eddrom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ak\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m sa EAGLE IBM venuje?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sna\u017e\u00edme sa zvidite\u013eni\u0165 LGBT komunitu medzi ostatn\u00fdmi zamestnancami. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 chceme umo\u017eni\u0165 LGBT zamestnancom a zamestnankyniam, aby sa stretli s kolegami, \u010di kolegy\u0148ami, ktor\u00ed si pre\u0161li podobn\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00fdm pr\u00edbehom a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom maj\u00fa ve\u013ea spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho. M\u00f4\u017eu si poradi\u0165, mnoh\u00e9 sa dozvedie\u0165, \u010di\u017ee je to v\u00fdborn\u00e9 pre networking, stret\u00e1vanie sa s \u013eu\u010fmi. Je to inkluz\u00edvna komunita. Nie je obmedzen\u00e1 len na LGBT \u013eud\u00ed, ale nav\u0161tevuj\u00fa ju aj tzv. straight allies (<em>pozn. redakcie: spojenci LGBT komunity, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa heterosexu\u00e1lnu orient\u00e1ciu<\/em>). Ide o \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed podporuj\u00fa LGBT komunitu z r\u00f4zneho d\u00f4vodu, \u010di u\u017e maj\u00fa zn\u00e1meho, kamar\u00e1ta, brata, sestru, tetu, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa LGBT a z tohto d\u00f4vodu sa rozhodli pr\u00eds\u0165 na na\u0161e akcie, \u010di u\u017e s\u00fa vzdel\u00e1vacie, alebo \u010disto spolo\u010densk\u00e9. Rob\u00edme \u00faplne jednoduch\u00e9 aktivity. Napr\u00edklad sa dohodneme, \u017ee ideme na nejak\u00fd LGBT film do kina. Jeden kolega chodieva r\u00e1d hr\u00e1va\u0165 stolov\u00e9 hry. V\u017edy d\u00e1 dohromady pozv\u00e1nku. Rozpo\u0161le ju a \u013eudia sa ozv\u00fa, \u010di maj\u00fa, alebo nemaj\u00fa z\u00e1ujem pr\u00eds\u0165. Potom sa organizuj\u00fa r\u00f4zne \u0161kolenia, napr. o coming oute na pracovisku. V tomto smere sme realizovali minul\u00fd rok zop\u00e1r \u0161kolen\u00ed, hlavne pre koordin\u00e1torov a t\u00edm l\u00eddrov, ktor\u00ed u\u017e za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa person\u00e1lne pracova\u0165 s kolegami a kolegy\u0148ami zo svojho t\u00edmu a potrebuj\u00fa vedie\u0165, ak\u00e9 je to ma\u0165 LGBT&nbsp; \u010dloveka v r\u00e1mci t\u00edmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rob\u00edte aj v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie podujatia?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sna\u017e\u00edme sa spolupracova\u0165 napr. s neziskov\u00fdmi organiz\u00e1ciami ako Diversity PRO, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 za cie\u013e podpori\u0165 a zvidite\u013eni\u0165 LGBT inkl\u00faziu na pracovisku. S nimi organizujeme r\u00f4zne v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie podujatia typu LGBT Professionalls, ktor\u00e9 sa napr\u00edklad konalo v\u010dera (<em>pozn. redakcie: 17.5.2018 pri pr\u00edle\u017eitosti Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho d\u0148a boja proti homof\u00f3bii a transf\u00f3bii<\/em>). Bolo to v spolupr\u00e1ci s Holandskou ambas\u00e1dou. Toto podujatie u\u017e bolo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie a pr\u00edstupn\u00e9 verejnosti. Organizovali sme ho v extern\u00fdch priestoroch, \u010di\u017ee u\u017e to nebola vn\u00fatropodnikov\u00e1 akcia. Ka\u017edoro\u010dne spoluorganizujeme aj LGBT&nbsp; Businnes F\u00f3rum. V IBM je oddelenie pre cel\u00fa Eur\u00f3pu, Bl\u00edzky v\u00fdchod a Afriku, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 na starosti \u0161pecificky LGBT trh. Jeho v\u00fdkonn\u00fd riadite\u013e, ktor\u00fd pracuje z Holandska, podporuje na\u0161e business f\u00f3ra aj na Slovensku. Na podujat\u00ed sa be\u017ene z\u00fa\u010dast\u0148uje a sna\u017e\u00ed sa t\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom zvidite\u013eni\u0165 IBM a pr\u00edpadne n\u00e1js\u0165 nov\u00fdch klientov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e1 IBM smernicu o nediskrimin\u00e1cii na z\u00e1klade sexu\u00e1lnej orient\u00e1cie a rodovej identity a v \u010dom by IBM mohla by\u0165 pr\u00edkladom pre ostatn\u00fdch zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IBM bola jedna z prv\u00fdch firiem, ktor\u00e1 za\u010diatkom 20ho storo\u010dia zamestnala prv\u00e9ho Afroameri\u010dana, prv\u00fa \u017eenu a postupne svoju diverzitu roz\u0161\u00edrila aj na oblas\u0165 LGBT. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee v&nbsp; USA bola t\u00e1to vn\u00fatropodnikov\u00e1 smernica obohaten\u00e1 o z\u00e1kaz diskrimin\u00e1cie LGBT \u013eud\u00ed u\u017e v 80tych rokoch. Postupne sa roz\u0161\u00edrila aj do \u010fal\u0161\u00edch pobo\u010diek po celom svete. V r\u00e1mci IBM u\u017e nov\u00e1\u010dikom, po\u010das ich prv\u00e9ho &#8211; druh\u00e9ho d\u0148a, rob\u00edme okrem in\u00e9ho&nbsp; aj 30 min\u00fatov\u00fa predn\u00e1\u0161ku o diverzite a inkl\u00fazii v IBM. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je aby vedeli, \u017ee t\u00e1to t\u00e9ma m\u00e1 podporu najvy\u0161\u0161ieho vedenia.&nbsp; Dozvedia sa o danej smernici, ak\u00e9 m\u00e1me aktivity a skupiny v r\u00e1mci diverzity &#8211; \u010di u\u017e je to oblas\u0165 LGBT, podpora rodi\u010dov na pracovisku, podpora \u017eien, cudzincov pracuj\u00facich na Slovensku, \u013eud\u00ed so zdravotn\u00fdm postihnut\u00edm. \u010ci\u017ee rozmanitos\u0165 je ch\u00e1pan\u00e1 v omnoho \u0161ir\u0161om pon\u00edman\u00ed ne\u017e len LGBT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>IBM Eagle<\/strong><\/p><p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www-05.ibm.com\/sk\/cc_and_ca\/eagle_lgbt.html\">Eagle\u00a0 znamen\u00e1 Aliancia zamestnancov pre LGBT posilnenie.<\/a> Bola zalo\u017een\u00e1 s\u00a0cie\u013eom\u00a0 vytvori\u0165 priestor pre zamestnancov a\u00a0zamestnankyne IBM, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa lesbami, gejmi, bisexu\u00e1lnymi alebo transrodov\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi a\u00a0pre ich priate\u013eov, kde sa m\u00f4\u017eu\u00a0 stret\u00e1va\u0165, diskutova\u0165 a zdie\u013ea\u0165 n\u00e1pady. Komunita na Slovensku sa stret\u00e1va prostredn\u00edctvom pravideln\u00fdch turistick\u00fdch v\u00fdletov alebo r\u00f4znych \u0161portov\u00fdch podujat\u00ed (crossfit, joga, kor\u010du\u013eovanie). Taktie\u017e spoluorganizuje ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00e9 LGBT Business Forum, ka\u017ed\u00fd rok sa z\u00fa\u010dast\u0148uj\u00fa D\u00fahov\u00e9ho pochodu a\u00a0 tie\u017e sa m\u00f4\u017eu jej \u010dlenovia a \u010dlenky z\u00fa\u010dastni\u0165 ve\u010derov stolov\u00fdch hier, r\u00f4znych workshopov, okr\u00fahlych stolov, webcastov a profesion\u00e1lnych networkingov\u00fdch podujat\u00ed.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ak\u00fd bol tvoj coming out na pracovisku, za\u017eil si nie\u010do negat\u00edvne?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke\u010f\u017ee som \u0161tudoval v zahrani\u010d\u00ed, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina situ\u00e1ci\u00ed, ke\u010f som \u010delil coming outu bola s mojimi kamar\u00e1tmi a zn\u00e1mymi. Te\u0161ili sa,&nbsp; ke\u010f som povedal \u201e\u00e1no som gej\u201c, a odpovedali: \u201e\u00e1no Marek, dlho sme u\u017e \u010dakali, kedy n\u00e1m to povie\u0161\u201c. To bolo ve\u013emi mil\u00e9. \u0160tudoval som v Prahe v medzin\u00e1rodnom prostred\u00ed a i\u0161lo o spolu\u017eiakov, zn\u00e1mych, ktor\u00ed boli otvoren\u00ed r\u00f4znym typom rozmanitosti, \u010di\u017ee to bolo jednoduch\u00e9. Hoci z mojej strany som mal trochu probl\u00e9m prejs\u0165 cez coming out a trvalo mi to zop\u00e1r rokov, aj ke\u010f u\u017e som bol v Prahe. A potom, ke\u010f som sa vr\u00e1til na Slovensko v 25 rokoch, to u\u017e som bol \u00faplne in\u00fd \u010dlovek ako pred \u0161t\u00fadiom v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Vtedy som si&nbsp; povedal, \u017ee ke\u010f m\u00e1m \u017ei\u0165 na Slovensku, tak mus\u00edm by\u0165 s\u00e1m sebou. Pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 vo firme, \u010do sa t\u00fdka coming outu, bola hne\u010f na za\u010diatku&nbsp; s mojou mana\u017e\u00e9rkou.&nbsp; Kolegy\u0148a, ktor\u00e1 sa vtedy sna\u017eila rozbehn\u00fa\u0165 LGBT zamestnaneck\u00fa skupinu, vylepila plag\u00e1ty o premietan\u00ed LGBT filmu. Vtedy som povedal mana\u017e\u00e9rke, \u017ee chcem aby vedela, \u017ee som gej. Ona sa pote\u0161ila, \u017ee som mal odvahu poveda\u0165 jej to. Povedala mi \u017ee m\u00e1 zn\u00e1meho, homosexu\u00e1la.&nbsp; Dlho nebol ochotn\u00fd, alebo sa b\u00e1l spravi\u0165 coming out. Ve\u013emi t\u00fdm trpel. Nad\u0161ene ma tam poslala a odvtedy sa to u\u017e v podstate vyv\u00edjalo samo, nikde som to netajil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A za\u017eil si nejak\u00fa negat\u00edvnu reakciu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Negat\u00edvnu ani nie,&nbsp; z\u00e1vis\u00ed to od dan\u00e9ho \u010dloveka. Ja si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee ke\u010f je gej dostato\u010dne sebavedom\u00fd, nehanb\u00ed sa za to, tak ostatn\u00ed ho s t\u00fdm nebud\u00fa za\u0165a\u017eova\u0165 a zober\u00fa ho tak\u00e9ho ak\u00fd je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010co by si poradil mlad\u00fdm \u013eu\u010fom, ke\u010f za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa pracova\u0165, ako urobi\u0165 coming out na pracovisku, ke\u010f maj\u00fa obavy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V prvom rade, nech sa zamyslia nad t\u00fdm, pre koho chc\u00fa pracova\u0165. M\u00f4\u017eu sa in\u0161pirova\u0165 Chartou diverzity, ktor\u00fa za posledn\u00fd rok podp\u00edsalo vy\u0161e 30 zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov na Slovensku. Zaviazali sa, \u017ee v r\u00e1mci vn\u00fatorn\u00fdch smern\u00edc a fungovania nebud\u00fa diskriminova\u0165 LGBT komunitu. Ke\u010f u\u017e si mlad\u00ed \u013eudia vyber\u00fa, u koho bud\u00fa pracova\u0165, je to ich osobn\u00e9 rozhodnutie, \u010di spravi\u0165 coming out. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 by\u0165 s\u00e1m sebou, nehanbi\u0165 sa za seba. Ke\u010f ostatn\u00ed kolegovia a kolegyne uvidia, \u017ee sa s LGBT \u013eu\u010fmi dobre pracuje, \u017ee s\u00fa ako v\u0161etci ostatn\u00ed, tak s t\u00fdm nebud\u00fa ma\u0165 probl\u00e9m. &nbsp; A keby \u00e1no, treba to rie\u0161i\u0165 a neb\u00e1\u0165 sa to rie\u0161i\u0165. Ak sa to nevyjasn\u00ed hne\u010f na za\u010diatku, hroz\u00ed, \u017ee sa to bude len zhor\u0161ova\u0165. M\u00f4\u017ee to vyostri\u0165 do situ\u00e1cie, ke\u010f jedna alebo druh\u00e1 strana z&nbsp; osobn\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov bude chcie\u0165 od\u00eds\u0165 z pracoviska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Odk\u00e1zal by si nie\u010do aj t\u00fdm, ktor\u00ed sa dozvedia, \u017ee ich kolega, \u010di kolegy\u0148a je LGBT, ako by bolo vhodn\u00e9 zareagova\u0165?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak dan\u00fd kolega nem\u00e1 za sebou coming out, tak odpor\u00fa\u010dam\u00a0 nen\u00fatil\u0165 ho sp\u00f4sobom, \u201eja to u\u017e viem, tak by si to mal poveda\u0165 aj ostatn\u00fdm\u201c.\u00a0 Takto m\u00f4\u017eu \u010dloveka sk\u00f4r zrani\u0165, preto\u017ee e\u0161te nemus\u00ed by\u0165 pripraven\u00fd na coming out.
